The following are the answers to common questions re Infinity Studios

01

Do you cater to customers from out of town (Davao, Philippines)?

Yes. We have clients (both graphic designs and videos) in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

We also have done projects for clients residing in Canada, United States, Kuwait, China and the United Kingdom.

If no printing or hard copy is required, we simply send the finished files to our clients worldwide through email.

If a hard copy is requested, then the customer will shoulder the shipping and handling fees.

02

I want some sketches done, do I just send you pictures?

Yes, email us (go_associates@yahoo.com) the pictures and upon receiving your picture, we will check its quality if its resolution is good enough for us to make a good illustration or design from. After assessment and we realized that we can't use it, we will explain the reasons why, and ask for a new photo.

Can I just print and mail you the pictures?

Since we work better with digital images, do not print out a digital photograph and mail it to us to scan.

This will limit the quality of the finished digital image to the quality of your printer. Just email the digital file to us.

For OLD PHOTO RESTORATIONS, we have no choice but for you to scan them and email the file to us.

NOTE: There is a corresponding fee per picture that we have to scan ourselves.

Can I just adjust the size to enlarge my files using a photo editing software?

No. Do not enlarge or increase the resolution of a photo in Photoshop (Corel etc.) to get a larger file size. This will only give us a larger size but not a crisper image. It might still look pixelated inspite of the increased file size.

Images that are highly detailed need a much higher resolution. The better the quality of the photograph and the larger or more prominent the main theme or person(s) in the photograph, the better the quality of our finished product.

What if I'm not sure which photos will make the best portrait?

If you are undecided as to which photo would make the best portrait, then send more than one, and let us help you decide.
